To reserve a room at the Aria Resort & Casino at the NALEO rate you must first register for the NALEO Conference.


If this hotel is booked, where can I get hotel accommodations?

We recommend you visit your preferred travel site to find other accommodations.


When do NALEO 37th Annual Conference rates increase, by how much, and when is the online deadline?

Early bird rates end Thursday, May 21, 2020. After this date, all full Conference rates will increase by $100. Please note, online registration ends June 5, 2020.


Can only members of NALEO or elected officials participate in the Conference?

Everyone is welcome to register for the Conference.


Are there any travel scholarships available for the NALEO 37th Annual Conference?

There are no travel scholarships available for the NALEO 37th Annual Conference.


Will my registration fee allow me to go to all sessions and events?

Yes, a full registration will grant you access to all Conference sessions, meals, and evening events. Day passes and evening event tickets are available for purchase for guests who can only join us for a portion of the Conference. Please visit the Registration Fees Page for registration rates.


What are the special events at the Conference?

We have special evening events planned for each day. Please view the Conference agenda for updated information on the evening events and visit the Registration Fees page for evening event prices.


I am a member of the media and want to cover the Conference. How can I get a Conference pass and/or registration as a member of the media?

You will need to request media registration and receive NALEO credentials. You may do this by contacting Daniel Ramirez, Deputy Director of Digital Strategies, at [email protected], or Kevin Perez-Allen, Deputy Director of Communications, at [email protected].


I am a speaker at the Conference and need information about my session and/or travel? Whom should I talk to?

If I can no longer go to the Conference, will I get my fees refunded?

Our policy states that no refunds are given after Friday, June 5, 2020. Refunds requested before the deadline are subject to a $200 processing fee and will be processed after the Conference. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Barrera at [email protected].


How should I dress for the Conference?

The Conference attire is typically business or business casual, and cocktail attire for evening events.


Do Arizona and Texas School Board Members get continuing education credits for attending the Conference education policy sessions?

NALEO Educational Fund is a registered provider of continuing education for school board members with the Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA) and with the Texas Education Agency. School Board Members from Arizona can submit their participation online to ASBA, and School Board Members from Texas will be provided with a certification of hours completed during the education policy sessions at the NALEO Annual Conference within 30 days of attending the Conference.
